52 miles from Ft. Pierce, FL to North Palm Beach, FL. It
feels really good to be back on the bicycle route. We started out in cloudy weather and just
missed a downpour in Jensen Beach. As we
went south, the skies cleared and we had a beautiful day. We bicycled through some very exclusive
neighborhoods and beautiful properties. We
could have bicycled another 20 miles at least I think, but that would have put
us in the pricey neighborhood of West Palm Beach. Instead we opted to stay at a Super 8 which
is very nice and we have time to relax as well. I'll try to get some photos of our ride along the ocean tomorrow. I kept wanting to stop, but there never seemed to be the right conditions.

ReplyDeleteHi Cathie, Donna and Bob, This has certainly been more adventurous than I had imagined. Fort Pierce looks like a beautiful place to spend a few days so you are very lucky. Glad to see that you are in Florida and enjoying some great weather and scenery! Way to go!!
